Well, after consuming I still sleep late like eating at 9 pm sleep at 1 am...but I feel less tired the next day...so I'm not sure if this means it works, as the advertisement was after eating you feel sleepy and will go to bed earlier. And nope, I'm not losing even 0.5kg :)
